We continue to get a lot of great pictures from the digital scavenger hunt. Here’s this weeks winning picture.

View of White birch Lake taken by Andrew and Gwyneth. Great job! No matter where you stand along the shoreline you get a different perspective of the lake.

Digital Scavenger Hunt

This season we are doing a digital scavenger hunt. Using their digital camera guests are taking pictures using one of three scavenger lists. They can choose from one of the following 3 lists or do all three.

  1. Nature list – something that reflects, dead log, crawly critter and a variety of other items.
  2. Creative List – A black and White photo, a scene a poet may be inspired to write a poem about, a relaxing place and a variety of other items.
  3. Fanciful List – “I can’t believe we all fit in here”,  capture your reflection in an unusual place, kissing a fish and a variety of other items.

All pictures submitted will be put in our digital photo frame at the front desk and a winning picture will be chosen to be put on the blog. Here’s this past weeks winning pictures. There was a tie and both pictures were taken by the Randy Friesema family.

From the "Get CLose" category on the nature list.

Momma and babies are on Ballard Lake this year. Unfortunately the Loon eggs on White Birch were eaten by an animal.
