Rates Include
Lodging, weekly change of bed linens, clean towel exchange once a week, fully stocked kitchen*, charcoal grill, 14' fishing boat, boat cushions, life jackets, and full use of our amenities and facilities.
*Lodge suite includes microwave, toaster, coffee pot, and small refrigerator..
Deposits
Your deposit will confirm your reservation. See rate sheet for deposit amounts.
Cancellations
Your deposit will cheerfully be refunded with at least a 60 day notice AND our ability to fill the vacancy, less a $25 processing fee. Otherwise the deposit is
non-refundable. We are unable to offer partial refunds for late arrivals or early departures.

Methods of Payment
Traveler’s Checks, Personal Checks, Cash and Credit Cards are accepted for payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. There is a 3% discount for cash.
Arrival & Departure Times
Arrival time: 3-5 PM. Please let us know if you will be later.
Departure time: 9 AM or earlier.
Please observe these times - we need time to get the vacation homes and resort ready for you and the other guests! Thank you.
Boats and Motors
-A 14' fishing boat comes with each unit.
-Motor rentals: 8 hp - $40/day plus tax; $156/week plus tax.
-Please give advanced notice if you plan on bringing your own boat so we
may provide mooring space.
-Since the trend for White Birch and Ballard Lakes is toward Eurothropic from
Mesothropic, to maintain and increase our water quality, we sincerely request
non-use of jet skis.
Phone, TV and Computer
There are no phones or TVs in our units*. There is a TV with satellite reception
in lodge for your use. Our library has a phone and a computer available for you
to use 24 hours a day. Both the library and the TV room have wireless capabilities.
*The Barn includes TV, Satellite and Phone.
Pets
Dogs only - $99/dog/stay. No more than 2 dogs allowed in a vacation home at one time. Due to Health Department regulations and the comfort of all our guests, no dogs will be allowed at or near the beach and
playground area. Dogs must be on a leash at all times. Owners are responsible
for cleaning up behind their dog and for any damages incurred by their dog. Unattended dogs must be kenneled while in our vacation homes. There is a designated dog run area for your pooch to enjoy.

Smoking is not allowed in any of our buildings.
