January, 1986

Dear Friends

Another Christmas. . . another year. Our hope is that yours was blessed as ours. And we send our good wishes to all of you for a joyous and prosperous new year.

1985 marked our fourth summer as hosts at White Birch Village. Time certainly goes by quickly. So many memories with dear friends. And how happy we are to keep meeting exciting new ones each year.

We remember...  Many sidewalk supervisors as the new   garage was built.  A bit of history gone as the old shed was   demolished.  Watching the loon family grow from two to   three.  Sharing happy birthday celebrations.  Chuckling while being lovingly   entertained by skits.  Happy children enjoying the new   playground.  Joy shared with first-time musky catchers.  Frustration as the beavers continued to   dam the creeks.  A multitude of happy times.

September brought completion of the garage and the new nature trail complete with a new bridge across the creek.

We were so pleased to have Paul and Glenna back looking after things for us. We look forward to their masterful managing in 1986.

We are now busy preparing for the coming summer. We hope to add a pair of tandem bicycles for some happy family fun and fitness in 1986. Best of a11, we look forward to seeing all of you again.

Our best until then.

Carol
